Drew Gibson of Baby / Boo and I recorded some songs in the basement of a duplex last week. Today I recorded the tracks from tape to tape to tape to computer to add the vocals. the mixing caused the recordings to be faster than usual, thus giving my voice a quavering nasal variety. My sister said that my vocals sound like a five foot five acne ridden young man mixed somewhere between darby crash and tom verlaine. Listen to the tracks here to judge for yourself.
Also, making songs is easy. You should make some too. They don't have to be super great, nor do they have to be horrible to be great. Making music is just a nice way to spend a few hours on a rainy day.

i agree, spending time making music is probably one of the best things to do on a rainy day. more than making drawings.
