Earlier this month Fortuning went into the studio to finalize touches on our upcoming seven inch. First we recorded the songs on a Fostex four track with the later intent of mastering the tape in the studio for a mp3/audio quality release. In the studio the tape deck split, leaving the original tracks to be recorded in another machine which slowed the song speed to half time. After listening to them we decided that they sounded great and added new vocals on top. You can download the 'scru-ed versions here. Tell me what you think; Cause there may be 300 copies of them floating around this February.

Ssion is playing Chicago New Years Eve at Berlin. We were booked to play New York, but the plans fell through. See you in Chicago. Berlin Nightclub Does anyone know of cool parties in Chicago happening on New Years Eve? I'd rather not sit around at Berlin all night and would like to make the most out of the Chicago visit. Holler at your boy.

the slow songs sound great. specially "everything is different". in the previous version i always thnk i'm gonna love that one, and then your bandmate singing freaks me out.
